Product & growth consultant

I turn product uncertainty into growth.

Discovery that ends in a decision. A prototype in front of real users in days. Growth by design, not luck.

How I work

Process still matters.

Discovery, validation, delivery — the fundamentals don't go out of style. Mine end in a decision: a clear go / no-go, not a 40-page report.

Teamwork matters more than ever.

Great products come from aligned people, not lone heroes. I keep Sales, Marketing, C-suite and Delivery pulling in the same direction.

AI is the accelerator.

It's how I make prototyping and go-to-market faster — without cutting the corners that count.

How I can help

Building & consulting

01 · PRODUCT DISCOVERY & VALIDATION

Is this the right thing to build?

Have an idea and you're not sure it's the right one to build? I run proper discovery: customer journeys, Opportunity Solution Trees, qual and quant analysis. When the problem calls for it, I bring in a UX researcher and business analysts. AI gets me through research and synthesis in a fraction of the time. You get a clear go / no-go and a scoped MVP, not weeks of debate.

Validate my idea
02 · RAPID PROTOTYPING & MVP

Something real, live in days.

You don't need another deck. You need something real in front of users. I build the MVP myself: Claude Code, Cowork and GCP on the engineering side, Stitch and Claude for design and rapid validation. When the POC calls for it, I design the architecture with my CTO. A working product goes live in days, and the team builds on what we actually learned. Speed to signal, without skipping the thinking.

Build my MVP
03 · GROWTH & DELIVERY

Now make it grow.

Your product works. Now it needs to grow. I stabilize the habit loop, the reason users keep coming back, and build the growth and GTM strategy with your sales team from a product perspective: retention, activation, monetization, experimentation. On my last platform: ~40× revenue growth and ~40% conversion. By design, not luck.

Case 01 — AdTech / data

Scaling an AI platform for advertisers

Group Product Manager, 2025. B2B + B2C. Team of 6.

Problem

An AdTech company had a next-gen AI platform for advertisers, media buyers and planners — but revenue was marginal and adoption uncertain. We needed to prove it actually drives value.

What I did

It started with talking to our actual users: marketing agencies. Discovery showed where the real value was, so we built the product around their habit loop, the reason to come back every week. I wrapped the commercial side around it — pricing strategy, communication, the processes sales and marketing run on. And I built alignment with our partners: two products shipped strategically under a shared brand, with a global e-commerce marketplace and a leading DSP. That moved adoption. And adoption moved conversion.

Case 02 — AdTech

From idea to validated MVP, solo and AI-native

Co-founder / Product Manager, 2026-now.

Problem

GTM and sales teams in AdTech waste time on manual research and lead qualification. Hypothesis: this can be automated with an AI platform. The question was whether to invest before building a full team and product.

What I did

Ran the whole loop myself, AI-native: discovery, building, validating. More than 50 conversations about the GTM process shaped the problem, and two pivots later the signal was clear. Vibe-coded the MVP architecture and interface (Claude Code, GCP) and tested it with first users. After positive feedback and measurements, hired a CTO and continued product development.

Case 03 — travel-tech / edtech

Product & market discovery for a sports-camp booking platform

Product consultant — discovery and strategy.

Problem

A company had a working camp-management and booking SaaS, but it was built for a single operator of kids' sports camps. Two questions: is there a real market beyond that first client, and should they rebuild the whole system or go to market fast with what they already have?

What I did

Ran full product and market discovery. Sized the market across four buyer segments — roughly 3,000 SME travel operators, 16,000 sports clubs, 300 niche kite/ski schools, and 2,500 yoga/fitness studios — with the core pain for each. Ran teardowns of three incumbent competitors — pricing, positioning, gaps. Assessed the current product's strengths and weaknesses, then mapped rollout scenarios with effort estimates and risks.

"Despite the not-so-optimistic outcome of the meeting, a huge thank you for such great preparation. It finally feels like someone actually knows what they're talking about because they really did their research."

About

My story

Before product — before engineering, even — I was an athlete: competitive volleyball and swimming. That's where I learned that results don't come from wishing for them. You train, you measure, you show up, and you love the win.

I'm a doer. I try things; some work, some don't. I think, take the lesson, and go again. That's how I got hooked on every sport I love, and on life itself.

Same story in work: production engineer at a global pharmaceutical company, then Head of Product, then co-founder, always chasing the same question — how do you turn a rough idea into something people actually use? These days AI gets me to a prototype quickly; process and people turn it into the right product. The craft didn't change. The speed did.
