How I work
Discovery, validation, delivery — the fundamentals don't go out of style. Mine end in a decision: a clear go / no-go, not a 40-page report.
Great products come from aligned people, not lone heroes. I keep Sales, Marketing, C-suite and Delivery pulling in the same direction.
It's how I make prototyping and go-to-market faster — without cutting the corners that count.
Consulting
I'm a product person first. Classic craft — discovery, growth models, delivery — is what makes products work. AI is how I make it faster. Here's where I help.
Have an idea and you're not sure it's the right one to build? I run proper discovery — customer journeys, Opportunity Solution Trees, qual and quant analysis — and AI gets me through research and synthesis in a fraction of the time. You get a clear go / no-go and a scoped MVP, not weeks of debate.
Validate my ideaYou don't need another deck — you need something real in front of users. I use AI to prototype fast and get a working MVP live in days, then the team builds on what we actually learned. Speed to signal, without skipping the thinking.
Build my MVPYour product works — now it needs to grow, with the whole company behind it. I bring growth methodology — retention, activation, monetization, experimentation — and the delivery discipline to ship it. On my last platform: ~40× revenue growth, ~40% conversion. By design, not luck.

Case 01 — AdTech / data
Group Product Manager, 2025. B2B + B2C.
Problem
An AdTech company had a next-gen AI platform for advertisers, media buyers and planners — but revenue was marginal and adoption uncertain. We needed to prove it actually drives value.
What I did
Ran the discovery and business analysis that showed where the real user value was. Shipped two products with positive registration and adoption. Built key data solutions for the AI audiences tool. Led a team of developers, a data analyst and UX designers, and drove two strategic partnerships and integrations — with a global e-commerce marketplace and a leading demand-side platform (DSP).

Case 02 — AdTech
Co-founder / Product Manager, 2026-now.
Problem
GTM and sales teams in AdTech waste time on manual research and lead qualification. Hypothesis: this can be automated with an AI platform. The question was whether to invest before building a full team and product.
What I did
Ran the whole loop myself, AI-native: discovery, building, validating. Vibe-coded the MVP architecture and interface (Claude Code, GCP) and tested it with first users. After positive feedback and measurements, hired a CTO and continued product development.
Result
"AI gets me to a prototype fast. But the real value isn't speed — it's getting people aligned on what we're building and why."
Case 03 — travel-tech / edtech
Product consultant — discovery and strategy.
Problem
A company had a working camp-management and booking SaaS, but it was built for a single operator of kids' sports camps. Two questions: is there a real market beyond that first client, and should they rebuild the whole system or go to market fast with what they already have?
What I did
Ran full product and market discovery. Sized the market across four buyer segments — roughly 3,000 SME travel operators, 16,000 sports clubs, 300 niche kite/ski schools, and 2,500 yoga/fitness studios — with the core pain for each. Ran teardowns of three incumbent competitors — pricing, positioning, gaps. Assessed the current product's strengths and weaknesses, then mapped rollout scenarios with effort estimates and risks.

About
Before product — before engineering, even — I was an athlete. Competitive volleyball and swimming. That's where I learned the thing that still runs everything I do: results don't come from wishing for them. You train, you measure, you show up, and you love the win. That obsession with getting things done — actually done, not almost done — never left me.
I started my career as a production engineer, deep in hardware and processes at a global pharmaceutical company. Then I found digital products — and fell in love with building them.
Since then I've gone from Project Manager to Head of Product to co-founder, always chasing the same question: why do people stay, what pulls them back, and how do you turn a rough idea into something people actually use?
These days I work the way I always have — proper discovery, growth thinking, a team that's aligned — and I use AI to move faster through the parts that used to take weeks. AI gets me to a prototype quickly; process and people are what turn it into the right product. The craft didn't change. The speed did.
Moves made in silence, then shipped in public. Now back to building.
